Dashboard
The Dashboard (opens in a new tab) is the page you land on when you log in. It's a single screen designed to answer "what's happening on my phones right now?"
The org/company selector
At the top of the Dashboard is a dropdown labeled "Select organization or company". This scopes every widget on the page to that selection:
- Pick an organization (prefixed
(org)) to see rolled-up data for all its companies - Pick a company (prefixed
(com), indented under its parent org if it has one) for that company alone - Leave it on "Select organization or company" to see your default scope
Customers see only their own organization or company. Supervisors and admins can move freely between any of them.
Date range and time window
Two controls let you change the period the Dashboard summarizes:
- Date range picker — pick exact start and end dates
- Day window (7 / 30 / 60 / 90) — quick presets in days back from today
The widgets re-render automatically when you change either control.
The widgets
Daily call volume
A bar chart showing how many calls you received each day over the selected window. Hover any bar to see the exact count for that day. Use this to spot trends — Mondays usually higher? End-of-month spikes?
Booking widget
A summary of booking outcomes — how many of your inbound calls converted to actual booked jobs over the period.
Forecast widget
A look-ahead at how many calls you should expect in the coming days, based on your historical patterns. Click into it for the full forecast view (see Forecasts).
Call spike widget
If your call volume has been unusual recently — sharply up or sharply down compared to your normal pattern — you'll see a spike indicator here, with a link into the underlying data.
Exporting from the Dashboard
The Dashboard has an Export CSV button at the top right that exports the currently-scoped Dashboard data as a CSV file. This is different from the Calls export — see CSV Exports for details.
Auto-refresh
Dashboard widgets refresh automatically — you don't need to reload the page to see new data.
