Your Company
Your company record is the central object in the portal — it's the entity that owns your calls, your team, your playbook, your inbound numbers, and your billing.
Finding your company
Click Companies (opens in a new tab) in the sidebar. Most customers see a list with one entry — their own company. Customers in multi-company organizations may see several.
Click the company name to open its detail page.
What's on the company page
The company detail page is the hub for everything about your business in the portal:
- Calls — recent calls handled for you (links into Calls)
- Members — who has access to your account (see Your Team)
- Playbook — the agent runbook for your calls (see Your Playbook)
- Inbound Numbers — phone numbers attached to your account (see Your Inbound Numbers)
- Trades — service categories tagged to your company
- Billing / Payment Methods — your card on file (see Your Billing)
- Status — active or inactive
What you can manage
Customers can view their company record and members, and can manage inbound numbers. A company Owner can also manage the payment method when billing is enabled.
Company details, the Five9 campaign, billing configuration, playbook, and membership changes are admin-managed. Contact CIC when one of these needs to change.
Multi-company customers
If your business is structured as a parent organization with multiple companies (franchises, multi-location operators), you'll see each company as its own record under the parent organization. Each company has its own playbook, inbound numbers, and call history; billing typically rolls up to the parent organization. See Your Billing for billing specifics.
