Your Company
Your company record is the central object in the portal — it's the entity that owns your calls, your team, your playbook, your inbound numbers, and your billing.
Finding your company
Click Companies (opens in a new tab) in the sidebar. Most customers see a list with one entry — their own company. Customers in multi-company organizations may see several.
Click the company name to open its detail page.
What's on the company page
The company detail page is the hub for everything about your business in the portal:
- Calls — recent calls handled for you (links into Calls)
- Members — who has access to your account (manage in Your Team)
- Playbook — the agent runbook for your calls (see Your Playbook)
- Inbound Numbers — phone numbers attached to your account (see Your Inbound Numbers)
- Trades — service categories tagged to your company
- Billing / Payment Methods — your card on file (see Your Billing)
- Status — active or inactive
What you can edit
Customers with appropriate permissions can edit:
- Company name and display details
- Member list
- Playbook (if your role allows)
- Inbound numbers
- Payment methods
Some fields — like the Five9 campaign name that links your company to CIC's call center — are admin-managed. If you need one of those changed, contact your CIC contact.
Multi-company customers
If your business is structured as a parent organization with multiple companies (franchises, multi-location operators), you'll see each company as its own record under the parent organization. Each company has its own playbook, inbound numbers, and call history; billing typically rolls up to the parent organization. See Your Billing for billing specifics.
