Working Across Companies
As a supervisor, the portal looks similar to what a customer sees, but with a wider field of view: every contractor company you supervise, all in one place.
Browsing companies
Click Companies (opens in a new tab) in the sidebar. The list shows every company in your portfolio, with columns for:
- Company name
- Trade(s) attached
- Number of members
- Status (active, inactive)
- Last activity
Use the search box at the top to filter by name. You can also filter by trade. See Search & Filters for the full filter mechanics.
Opening a single company
Click a company row to open its detail page. From there you can:
- See the company's recent calls
- Manage its members (see Inviting Customers)
- View its playbook (see Reviewing Playbooks)
- See its inbound numbers
- View its trades (see Tagging Trades)
The org/company selector on the Dashboard
The Dashboard has a dropdown at the top labeled "Select organization or company". As a supervisor, this lets you scope the entire Dashboard — call volume, forecasts, spike alerts — to a single company, an organization, or all of your portfolio.
Use it as a quick "switch context" for whichever customer you're focused on right now.
Editing company details
From the company detail page, click Edit. You can update:
- Company name
- Five9 campaign name (if you need to retie the company to a different Five9 queue — be careful, this affects which calls flow into the company)
- Display preferences
Save your changes when done.
Deactivating (discarding) a company
If a company is no longer being serviced, click Discard from its detail or edit page. The company becomes inactive but its data — calls, recordings, members — is preserved.
You can Undiscard it later if needed. Permanent deletion isn't a normal supervisor action; ask an admin if it's truly necessary.
Cross-company comparisons
The Dashboard's date-range and day-window controls (7/30/60/90) work the same regardless of which company is selected. Use them to compare a single company's volume across periods, or to set the same window across multiple companies for apples-to-apples comparison.
