Notifications

The portal proactively tells you about events that need your attention.

The bell icon

Top-right of every page. The number on the bell is your unread count. Click it to see your most recent notifications in a dropdown.

The notification center

Click "See all notifications" from the dropdown, or go directly to portal.cicops.ai/notifications (opens in a new tab). You'll see every notification ever sent to you, newest first, with:

  • A short title
  • The full message
  • A timestamp
  • An unread indicator
  • A link into the affected record (e.g., the call that spiked)

Marking notifications as read

  • Click any notification to open it and mark it read
  • Click the Mark as read button on a row to mark without opening
  • Reading notifications drops your bell-icon count

Notification types

Depending on your role and preferences, you may receive notifications for:

Notification preferences

You control which kinds of events notify you. Open Settings (opens in a new tab) and find the Notification preferences section. From there you can toggle each notification type on or off.

A direct link to the call-spike preference exists from the Dashboard widget — clicking the Enabled indicator next to a spike alert jumps you to the preference toggle.

Email vs in-app

Most notifications appear both in the bell-icon center and in your email. You can toggle each channel independently in Settings.
